Annoying

I most hate people who make use of other peoples hardwork to show off that you are doing well.
I am only can cooperate with people who work hard together with me, try to figure out the problem analysis together with me, but not tell me the problem description and did not do any action. Sorry as I did that because your work did not impress me and you are most senior but did not hands on on the problem. Moreover, I am not reported under you, please don't ask me to do things for you but my name is not mentioned.
