Key Performance Indicator

Key Performance Indicator is just an index to show how much index improved or worsen compared to previous result. If this could use to determine an employee's performance, I don't think so. One's performance and capability could be determined by this way instead of how much effort has apply.
Let's say we have set the goal to this limit by this year and accidentally you achieve it very flying colour. So, how do you improved this by next ongoing years.

KPI is important but not apply to employee's performance. I am quite tired with this kind of stuff because I need to do KPI stuff at this time but don't feel to do it. It is better for me to go on bed and enjoy my dream.
